After discussing the requirement parameters with you (i.e. location, size, tenure etc.) we then target specific property owners/occupiers, agents and property companies using our extensive property contacts and suitable properties will be inspected on your behalf.

Once the property matching your requirements has been identified we will enter into negotiations on your behalf and oversee the transaction through to completion including liaising with your solicitor and professional advisors. We can also offer Valuation advice for lending purposes.
