Representing the landlord, Lofthouse and Partners have agreed a new letting on Fawcett Street in Sunderland city centre which will see Greggs relocate from their existing store to the adjacent premises. The new concept store will incorporate the latest Greggs roll out which will include a café and is almost 3 times the size of their previous unit. The store is expected to open later this month.
