After acquiring stores in Jesmond, Metrocentre and Cramlington, we are pleased to announce on behalf of Hays Travel we have conclude negotiations on number 104 High Street, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne. The property was formerly occupied by TUI. Hays made the national and international press when they acquired the entire Thomas Cook retail portfolio in 2019. The store will open for trading January 2020.
