We have been appointed by City of Sunderland Council to market 2 unique seafront leisure opportunities at Roker and Seaburn. The former Toilet Block at Pier View Roker and the former Bay Shelter on the lower promenade at Seaburn are to be refurbished and we are seeking occupiers for each opportunity.
